Welcome to The Handy Gator (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services — whether via our website, by phone, or in person — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before booking or using our services.
1. Services Provided

The Handy Gator offers general handyman and moving services, including but not limited to:

Home repairs

Moving Services

Installation tasks

Local Delivery and transport assistance

All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age

Provide accurate and complete contact and billing information

Have legal authority to enter into binding agreements

3. Booking & Cancellations
a. Booking Confirmation

Service appointments are confirmed only after scheduling with a team member and/or receiving written/email confirmation.
b. Cancellations

We understand plans change. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may incur a fifty dollar Fee.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest.

5. Estimates & Pricing

All price estimates are non-binding until confirmed. Additional charges may apply for:

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide a safe, clean, and accessible work environment

Inform us of any hazardous conditions in or around the service area

Secure pets and valuable items during service time

Be available or assign a responsible person to be present during service

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver top-quality service, The Handy Gator is not liable for:

Any incidental or consequential damages

Loss of property due to incorrect or withheld information

Issues arising from third-party products or preexisting conditions

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Warranties & Guarantees

We stand by our work. If you experience issues related to a service we’ve performed, notify us within 7 days. We’ll make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, logos, and images, is the property of The Handy Gator and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time due to:

Abusive behavior

Unsafe conditions

Non-payment

Violations of these Terms

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Orange County, Florida.
